INSTRUCTIONS
# Place herbs inside a clean, DRY glass jar
# Add Sesame oil. Add as much as you like, but make sure you add enough to at least fully cover the herbs
# Place jar inside a pot and heat on low-medium for a total of 4 hours.
# Let oil cool all the way down
# Strain.
MY NOTES
# If you’re using the POWDERED version of any of these herbs, place it in a coffee filter tied with a rubber band. Even if you do this, you will have to make sure the oil is actually being infused. If you add the powder straight into the oil, you will probably have to use the slightly messy coffee filter method to strain it out.
# I thew in 1 TBSP of Sweet Almond oil just for good measure. lol. It’s totally optional. In fact, you can use Sweet Almond oil instead of Sesame.
# It’s left up to you how you space out the 4 hours. You can heat it for 4 hours straight. Or you can heat it for 30 minutes every day until you reach 4 hours. Or you can do 2 hours today, 2 hours tomorrow. It’s totally up to you.
