SMELL

#MeaningfulBeauty Creme de Serum has a very pleasant, soft smell that just smells good.  If you’re one who doesn’t like any type of scent, there’s a possibility that it could be a slight problem.  However, it won’t be an issue because its not overpowering and is very faint to non-existent over time.

HOW IT WORKED

The Creme de Serum is a water-based serum!  I love this the most about the product because it performs like a serum, but it doesn’t leave a heavy, oily, silicone type of feeling on the skin.  

It soaks into the skin quite easily and leaves my skin soft.  Softness is the immediate result I felt.  I think you have to use it for a certain period of time before seeing the other toning benefits.

I first tested it on my neck overnight for 2 nights in a row. Each morning my neck was softer than my face.  LOL!  I started using it on my face overnight after toning with Witch Hazel and I like the results so far.

Sometimes my skin has weird reactions to products.  But my face didn’t turn red or break out or have any type of weird reactions to the Creme de Serum either.

If you have dry skin, it may not be the only thing you’ll need.  Keep in mind that it’s a serum, not a full on moisturizer.   Serums tend to soften and/or treat the skin.

I have to say I looked at the ingredients list and was like ‘whaaaaaa……!’ LOL! Yall know how I am about ingredients.  This is NOT a 100% -cone free, natural product.  The 2nd ingredient is Cyclopentasiloxane.  They never claim its all natural though.

I will say that because of the ingredients, I’m not so sure about whether or not I will use this product long term.  But for those who don’t really care about all that, this could be something to consider… especially if you have oily skin and are looking for a good-feeling treatment type of serum.

And certainly if you’re looking for something to keep your face and neck soft, you should seriously consider this if its in your budget.
